Refund & Returns Policy
To protect your legitimate rights and interests and make your shopping worry-free, YUHUI SUPPLY CHAIN has formulated the following return and exchange policy, please read it carefully:
1. Return and Exchange Conditions: Within 7 days from the date you receive the goods, you can apply for return or exchange on the premise that the goods are intact, unworn, unwashed, with complete tags, and do not affect secondary sales; if the goods have quality problems (such as glue opening, sole breaking, upper damage, etc.), there is no 7-day limit, and you can apply for return or exchange at any time, and we will bear the round-trip shipping cost.
Non-returnable and Non-exchangeable Scope: Goods that have been worn, washed or with tags removed; goods damaged due to man-made damage or misoperation; customized and special goods; close-fitting accessories (if any) without quality problems are not eligible for return or exchange.
Return and Exchange Process: ① Contact customer service to explain the reason for return or exchange, and provide the order number and photos of the goods (clear photos are required for damage/quality problems); ② After the customer service approves, we will provide you with the return address; ③ Pack the goods properly and send them back to the designated address (for non-quality problems, you will bear the return shipping cost); ④ After we receive the goods and pass the inspection, we will process the refund (returned to the original payment method) or exchange (send new products) within 3-5 working days.
Notes: When returning or exchanging goods, please be sure to send back the goods, tags and packaging together. The lack of any items will affect the return and exchange review; if the goods you received do not match the order, please contact customer service within 24 hours after receiving the goods, and we will handle it for you in a timely manner.
